What are your views on Pre Hospital Thrombolisis? As a paramedic I have thrombolised several patients in the back of an ambulance.
My initial concerns have proved to be largely unfounded, you could not have thrombolised these patients! Generally they show classic signs and there is no ambiguity in diagnosis.
Keen to know a cardiologists view. Should we be looking at choosing the right hospital for primary angioplasti or shoukd we contnue with pre hospital thrombolisis?
