Bookmarking favourite videos

Currently the only way to bookmark your favourite videos and create playlists etc is to create a group to hold the videos.

We hope to make this system much simpler as the site grows

Can you help? We are looking for a partner organisation or individual to help build oscetube and make it the leading resource for health professionals.
